Gordon Wilson

Gordon Wilson is an Independent Non-executive Director at William Hill. Gordon has also previously worked with Ambassador Cruise Line, BCD Holdings N.V., and COOPER'S HILL RECREATIONAL TRUST LIMITED. Wilson joined WILLIAM HILL PLC in January 2019 and served as their Non Executive Director until the business was sold to Caesar's Entertainment in April 2021.

During their time with WILLIAM HILL PLC, Wilson was focused on strategy, international expansion, technology, and customer experience as a member of their CSR Committee. Gordon was successful in helping the company expand into 15 states in the USA and Europe while also reducing their UK physical retail footprint. Wilson was also ranked #150 in Europe in the FT Diversity Index, highest ranked betting and gaming company.

Gordon Wilson studied law at the University of Cambridge. Gordon then went on to have a career in law, working as a lawyer and eventually becoming a judge.
