Lynn Alberding is the Director of Alumni Relations & Annual Giving at William James College. Lynn previously served as the Director of Development at Wondermore, Inc., a literacy non-profit located in Newton, MA. At Wondermore, Lynn was responsible for budgeting and financial controls, development and maintenance of donor management systems, and strategy and implementation of annual fundraisers and grant-writing.

Prior to their work at Wondermore, Lynn was an Equity Research Analyst at Focused Research Corp. from April 1997 to June 2004. In this role, they provided analysis of publicly traded companies in order to provide recommendations to clients regarding investment decisions. Lynn began their career in 1991 as an analyst at Kenneth Leventhal & Co. before moving to Arthur Andersen & Co. in 1994, where they eventually became a manager for small business strategic consulting.

Lynn is a dedicated professional with a passion for helping others. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated their commitment to making a difference in the lives of others, whether it be through their work in literacy or their financial analysis. Lynn’s experience and skills make their an asset to any organization, and they are sure to continue making a positive impact in the years to come.

Lynn Alberding's educational career began with a BA in Economics from Wesleyan University. Lynn then went on to earn their Master of Business Administration - MBA with a concentration in Accounting and Finance from Northeastern University. Finally, they earned their Master of Science (MS) in Accounting and Finance from Northeastern University as well.

They work with Ronald Lee - Director, Applied Behavior Analysis, Shani Turner - Director, African & Caribbean Mental Health Concentration, and Kelly Casey - Managing Director, Forensic & Clinical Services. Lynn Alberding reports to Nicholas Covino, President.
