Darren Pickard

Darren Pickard is an experienced financial leader currently serving as the Head of FP&A and Business Partnering at Williams Racing since July 2025. Prior to this role, Darren held the position of Head of Commercial Finance and Operations Northern Europe at DS Smith from January 2022 to July 2025, where oversight of the Regional Commercial Finance and Operations function was a primary responsibility. Darren's previous experience includes serving as Head of Finance Pharma UK at Bayer, effectively managing P&L and finance teams, and as Senior Finance Business Partner at PepsiCo, providing strategic financial insights to sales teams. Darren began a career in finance at Hovis Ltd as a Planning Analyst. Educational qualifications include a BSc(Hons) in Economics and Accounting from the University of Hull and a CIMA ACMA designation.
