Nicola Salter

Nicola graduated from Oxford Brookes University with a post-graduate diploma in Personnel Management and is also a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

She joined Williams in 2001 as HR Manager, having previously trained in Human Resources Management within the Public Sector and primarily with Thames Valley Police. Throughout her time at Williams she has held responsibility for the HR function and was appointed to the position of Head of Human Resources in November 2011.

In June 2013, Nicola stepped up to become HR Director where her role is centred around driving people performance. Nicola has extensive experience in business transformation and building successful cross-functional teams.
