Christa Kilbourne

Christa Kilbourne, JD, currently serves as a Project Manager at Williams since May 2024. Prior to this role, Christa held various project management positions at Boardwalk Pipeline Partners, LP, from January 2022 to May 2024, and TransCanada from November 2008 to April 2021, where Christa managed large-scale pipeline projects including the Coastal GasLink project and Columbia Pipeline Group's modernization efforts. Earlier experience includes roles as a Civil Engineer at Jones & Carter, Inc., and Costello, Inc. Christa holds a Juris Doctor/Bachelor of Civil Law from Louisiana State University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Tulane University.
