Kelly Harkcom is the Director of Employee Experience and North America Client Success Lead at WTW, where they specialize in designing employee research strategies that align organizational cultures with strategic objectives and enhance employee engagement. They lead extensive global employee research initiatives for significant clients across various industries and serve as the North America lead for Cyber Risk Culture research within the Employee Insights Practice at WTW.
