Lori Wisper

Lori Wisper is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in compensation and human resources. Throughout a career spanning more than two decades, Lori has held various leadership roles, including Managing Director and Senior Director at Willis Towers Watson since January 2011, after serving as a Senior Consultant at Hewitt Associates from January 2007 to January 2011. Prior experience includes positions as Director of Global Compensation at Underwriters Laboratories Inc. and Corporate Compensation Director at Discover Financial Services. Lori is recognized for contributions to talent and organization consulting, particularly in broad-based compensation, and has been an active speaker and thought leader in the field. Lori holds multiple degrees in Business Administration, including an MBA from Loyola University Chicago and a BBA from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
