Melanie Trollip

Melanie Trollip currently serves as Director of Work & Rewards SA at WTW since March 2020, following a role as Director of Talent & Reward SA at Willis Towers Watson from March 2020 to June 2022. Melanie obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree from the University of Johannesburg between 1984 and 1986.
