Traci Mills

Traci Mills has extensive experience in benefits delivery and customer success, currently serving as Associate Director of Benefits Delivery & Outsourcing at WTW since February 2021, after progressing from Senior Associate in the same department. Previously, Traci held roles at Welltok, Inc. as a Customer Success Manager, and at Businessolver, where responsibilities included Director of Client Operations and Client Relationship Executive. Additional experience includes a position as Client Relationship Manager at bswift and a series of roles at Mercer, culminating as Client Services Manager. Traci began her career as an Administrative Assistant/Marketing Representative at WTC Communications. Educational background includes an MBA in Human Resources from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Iowa.
