Erica Gugliemella

Erica Gugliemella is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in front-end development and leadership roles. Currently serving as a Staff Software Engineer at WillowTree since January 2023, Erica leads technical implementation and mentorship for client projects while ensuring adherence to best practices in user experience and web accessibility. Previous roles include Senior Experience Engineer at Cloud Construct, where Erica managed all front-end efforts, and multiple positions at WillowTree, including Associate Engineering Director and Senior Software Engineer, focusing on developing design systems and reusable components. Erica has also held positions at Isobar, 1/0 Technology Corp., GameDrop, Tylted, Elizabeth Arden, WPIX-TV, and the New Jersey Institute of Technology, contributing to web development, ecommerce coordination, and content creation.
