Kelli Palmer

Kelli Palmer is the current Chief Diversity Officer at WillowTree. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Organizational Development and Corporate Citizenship at CFA Institute from November 2011 to May 2022. Kelli also served as the Director of Enrichment Voyages at Institute for Shipboard Education from February 2011 to October 2011. In 2008, they took a leave of absence from the University of Virginia to lead an effort focused on the civic engagement of rural African-Americans through voter registration and mobilization as the Program Coordinator at My Vote My Virginia. From July 2004 to January 2011, they served as the Assistant to the President at University of Virginia. In 2002, they were a Diversity Assessment Team Member at Sweet Briar College.

Kelli Palmer received their B.A. in Elementary Education from Elon University, their Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration from the University of Virginia, and their Center for Corporate Citizenship Certificate in Corporate Citizenship Leadership from the Boston College Carroll School of Management. Kelli also has a M.A.Ed. in Counselor Education from Wake Forest University and a diploma in honors from Montgomery Blair High School. Kelli is certified by the Red Cross Blood Services in First Aid/CPR/AED, the National Board for Certified Counselors, Inc. as a National Board Certified Counselor, and the National Restaurant Association as a Serve Safe certified individual.

Their manager is Tobias Dengel, CEO. They work with Will Mayo - SVP, Business Development, Patrick Wright - Chief Engineering Officer, and Jamie Timm - Chief Delivery Officer.
