Caiti Simpson

Caiti is a Senior Consultant in the Legal Search Practice. She works globally and regularly assists clients in their strategic hiring needs, across both private practice and in-house. She has experience working with top-tier law firms, leading financial institutions and global corporates.

Prior to joining Wilton & Bain in 2021, she spent over three years at a leading legal recruitment agency, placing lawyers with leading banks and asset managers.
