Ellen Rennemo

Ellen is a Principal within the firms’ Professional Services practice with a deep specialism in the Strategy & Management Consulting space. She is responsible for delivering Partner/Director level mandates across multiple geographies including the UK, Belgium, Netherlands, Nordics, France, Germany and the Middle East.

She has experience working across the full consulting portfolio including Strategy, Analytics, Operations, Technology, Customer & Marketing and Human Capital. In addition, she has also delivered senior mandates in the Financial Advisory and Turnaround & Restructuring Strategy space.

Prior to joining Wilton & Bain in 2018, Ellen spent 6 years in executive search, working initially with Korn Ferry, before moving to EG1 to specialise in Professional Services. Before entering the executive search sector, Ellen worked for a boutique operational consulting firm.

With fluency in Norwegian, Danish, Swedish and English, Ellen is a dual-Norwegian/UK national who moved to the UK in 2007 to attend Heriot-Watt University, where she graduated with a MA in Business Management & Marketing in 2011.
