Lisa Balter Saacks is the Managing Director of B2B Growth & Enterprise at Winning by Design. Lisa has over 25 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, and management. Lisa has a proven track record in building and leading high-performing teams, developing go-to-market strategies, and executing growth plans. Prior to joining Winning by Design, Lisa was the Chief Revenue Officer at Edisen, where they led a team of sales and marketing professionals to grow the company's revenue past $75 million across three continents. Lisa has also served as the Vice President of Head of Business Development at BlueTarp Financial, which was acquired by Capital One in 2018. In this role, they were responsible for strategic planning, business development, and sales. Lisa is a founding member of KonnektWork, a networking and professional development organization for women in business.
