Victor Adefuye

Victor Adefuye is the Managing Director at Winning by Design. Victor has over 25 years of experience in sales, business development, and coaching. Prior to joining Winning by Design, they were the Founder & CEO of Dana Consulting (NYC), which was acquired by Winning by Design in 2020. Victor has also served as the Interim VP of Business Development at Apex Leaders, LLC, and as a Sales & Business Development Advisor at Journey Meditation. In their current role, they are responsible for leading the sales team and mentoring entrepreneurs.

After Victor Adefuye graduated from Jericho High School, they attended Duke University where they earned their Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Markets & Management, and Economics. Victor then attended The George Washington University Law School where they earned their J.D. in Law.
