Frank Hacking

Frank Hacking, P. Eng., has over 35 years of experience in engineering and management roles across various companies. Currently serving as Engineering and Maintenance Manager at Winpak since March 2009, Frank is responsible for capital project management and overseeing operations within the Engineering and Maintenance Department at the Toronto plant. Previous experience includes positions as Plant Manager at Par-Pak, where Frank directed 24/7 plant operations for BOPS and PETE Sheet production, and a return to Winpak in roles spanning Engineering and Maintenance Manager and Manufacturing Engineer. Frank's career began as a Process Engineer at Kleen-Stik Fasson. Frank holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from McMaster University.
