Beena Monnappa

Beena Monnappa is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Associate Director - Global HR Lead for Capital Markets & Insurance at Wipro, a position held since September 2018. In this role, Beena oversees human resources for the Americas region, managing five sectors including Communication & Media, Retail, Consumer, Technology, and Healthcare. Previously, Beena led the Banking Americas HR function, managing over 1000 employees and driving initiatives in performance management, employee engagement, and strategic development. Beena's extensive career at Wipro also includes roles as Assistant Manager for the UK & Ireland Banking, Securities, and Insurance business unit, as well as various HR positions at TEJAS NETWORKS LTD and Subex Ltd. Beena holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from AMC Engineering College and a BSc in Computer Science from Seshadripuram College.
