Chia Yi Chang

Chia Yi Chang is an experienced professional with a diverse background in technology and business management. Currently serving as Director for Public Sector and Consumer at Wipro since November 2022, Chia has previously held positions including Service Provider Business Manager at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Practice Engagement Manager for Cloud, Infrastructure, and Security at Infosys, and Services Sales Manager at Hewlett-Packard. Notable achievements include developing new service offerings at Fujitsu, growing storage capacity for IBM, and managing market access initiatives at SGX. Early career experience includes co-founding I M Innovations and serving as Enterprise Account Manager at Hewlett-Packard. Chia holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Management from the Singapore Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) (Hons) in Zoology/Animal Biology from the National University of Singapore.
