Josh's passion for design began at a young age. Josh then spent two years at Amazon.com as a user experience designer before moving to Apple, where they eventually became the Creative Director of UX.

Josh spent two years leading the product strategy and design direction for [Airbnb](/org/airbnb)'s guest-facing products across web and native platforms. In 2020, Josh left [Airbnb](/org/airbnb) to join [Skyscanner](/org/skyscanner) as their Vice President of Brand Experience. In this role, they oversaw the Design, Content Strategy, User Research, and Product Marketing teams.
