Lauren Kim

Lauren Kim, LCSW, currently serves as a Primary Therapist at Within Health since July 2023. Prior to this role, Lauren gained valuable experience as a Social Work Intern at Mass General Brigham, focusing on high-risk patients, and at Wellesley College, providing academic and emotional support to students of Asian descent. Previous positions include Program Manager and Recovery Coach at Monte Nido & Affiliates, where responsibilities involved overseeing treatment operations and facilitating therapeutic interventions for clients in an eating disorder treatment center. Lauren's early career also included roles as a Lead Career Fellow at Tufts Career Center and a Programming Intern at the Multi-Service Eating Disorders Association, along with leadership at Tufts University’s Asian American Center. Educational qualifications include a Master of Social Work from Boston College and a Bachelor's degree in U.S. History and Asian American Studies from Tufts University.
