Maggie Chiang

Maggie Chiang is the Director of Data & Insights at WithMe Health. She has over 16 years of experience in healthcare, specializing in data analytics and management.

Prior to joining WithMe Health, Maggie worked as Manager, Provider Data Services at L.A. Care Health Plan, where she developed solutions to address issues with operational transparency. This included improving business processes, policies and procedures, workflows, and more. Maggie also led special projects and initiatives, and oversaw regulatory deliverables such as DHCS EDI 274, TAR, IHA Symphony, Provider Directory, and Network Adequacy.

In 2016, Maggie served as the Digital Transformation Technical Development Lead and Data Analytical Lead at L.A. Care Health Plan. In this role, she created data models that fulfilled multiple California provider network business models by working closely with stakeholders and SMEs.

In October 2017, Maggie became the Product Owner for an Enterprise Strategic Initiative, which was a multi-million dollar digital transformation program. Her responsibilities included managing the program budget, overseeing the IT SDLC and Agile process, and working with vendors to ensure the successful execution of the program.

In March 2019, Maggie took on the additional role of Business Partner Relationship Practice Leader, where she managed business partnerships and practices with Medi-Cal network partners. Her responsibilities included negotiating contracts, managing vendor relationships, and overseeing the budget for the Medi-Cal network.

Maggie Chiang obtained her Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California.

She is on a team with Sally Yang - Head of Product, Brenda Cheung - Senior Vice President, Clinical Innovation, and Amanda Peterson - Chief Administration Officer. Their manager is Joe Murad, President & CEO.
