Lihi Erel

Lihi Erel is currently the Head of Product at Wix Home, where they oversee product strategy and development. Lihi has previously served as a Lead Product Manager at Wix.com, managing a team and overseeing product improvements through user data analysis and AB testing. Lihi's background includes roles as a Training Specialist at Radware and a Research Leader at Insight Sparks, where they developed programs aimed at reducing prejudice. They also possess extensive experience in organizational development and training from their tenure at Malam and Rafael Advanced Defense Systems. Lihi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Arts in Social Psychology from IDC Herzliya.
