Rajendra Raut is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Currently serving as Corporate Vice President of Human Resources at WNS since April 2025, Rajendra previously held the position of VP - Talent Acquisition at Jade Global from April 2019 to April 2025. Prior roles include Head Recruitment at IKS Health, Head Global Leadership and Technology Hiring at WNS Global Services, and Head Recruitment for the SAARC region at Capgemini, among others. With a solid foundation in recruitment processes, vendor management, and organizational branding, Rajendra has consistently demonstrated an ability to drive recruitment efficiency and expand networks. Educational credentials include a B.Com from the University of Mumbai and an MBA in HR from IMS.
