Jay Banat

Jay Banat possesses extensive experience in information technology management, currently serving as the Director of Information Technology at Wolters Kluwer since February 2016. Prior to this role, Jay excelled as the Director of Applications & Systems Management at Wolters Kluwer, Governance, Risk & Compliance, from February 1996 to January 2016, overseeing the hosting of over 40 internally developed applications and advising on new technologies. Earlier in career, Jay held the position of IT Manager at PCi Corporation from 1996 to 2005, where responsibilities included managing LAN and WAN infrastructure and disaster recovery. Jay earned a degree in Management with a concentration in Management Information Systems from UMass Boston between 1991 and 1996.
