Sylvie Tranchant

Sylvie Tranchant has extensive experience in financial management and invoicing, currently serving as Responsable facturation et recouvrement Groupe at Wonderbox since July 2013. In this role, Sylvie oversees a significant billing operation with a revenue of €190 million and more than 51,000 invoices annually, enhancing client billing processes and managing customer disputes. Responsibilities also include the management of approximately 7,000 customer reminders and the supervision of recovery procedures, with a focus on industrializing processes via SAP. Prior to Wonderbox, Sylvie held various positions, including Contrôleur de gestion and Responsable facturation, showcasing a strong background in financial analysis, reporting, and operational efficiency across multiple companies, including Bouygues Telecom and Société AS. Sylvie holds a DUT in Techniques de Commercialisation from IUT Auxerre and a Bac ES from Lycée Henri Vincenot.
