Wendy Rudd

Wendy Rudd is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in leadership and governance roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Lead Independent Director at WonderFi and as a member of the IG Wealth Management Funds Independent Review Committee at IGM Financial Inc., Rudd also contributes to the Canada Compliance Advisory Committee at Edward Jones and provides Capital Markets consulting services at WAR Room Consulting. Rudd holds the position of Chair of the Board at Coinsquare and Chairs the TMX Information Processor Governance Committee at TMX Group. Additionally, Rudd has held various leadership roles at Mogo, the Canadian RegTech Association, the Canadian Capital Markets Association, and the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (IIROC). Rudd holds an MBA from Wilfrid Laurier University and a B. Math in Computer Science - Information Systems from the University of Waterloo.
