Roger Crockett

Roger Crockett has extensive work experience in the banking industry. Roger began their career at HSBC in 2013, where they worked as a Loan Servicing Specialist and Business Analyst. In this role, they were responsible for creating management level reports, developing automated reporting procedures, and producing end-of-month reports for compliance and risk management. Roger also completed a 6-month project to improve and streamline an Access database used for check printing, implementing new functions and real-time reporting features.

In 2016, Roger joined Woodforest National Bank as a Facilities Project Manager. Roger developed and launched a facilities management system that increased department productivity by 80% and provided real-time reporting capabilities.
