Andres Segovia

Andres Segovia is a Senior GIS Analyst at Woolpert, starting in April 2023, with previous experience as a GIS Analyst I at Tilson Technology Management from August to December 2022 and as a Senior GIS Technician for the City of Houston from September 2018 to August 2022. Earlier roles include GIS Technician at CenterPoint Energy from August 2017 to August 2018, GIS Intern at Hermann Park Conservancy during the summer of 2016, and Assistant at Terracon in 2014. Andres is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Sustainability Studies at Black Hills State University, expected to be completed in 2024, and holds a Bachelor's degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from Texas State University, earned in 2017.
