Bayley Costner

Bayley Costner is an experienced Aviation Planner currently employed at Woolpert since June 2023. Prior experience includes a role as an Analyst at Kimley-Horn from October 2021 to May 2023, where responsibilities involved supporting multi-million dollar projects through data analysis, report writing, and AutoCAD modeling. Bayley also worked as a Charter Operations Coordinator at Jet Edge International from August 2020 to September 2021, contributing to both part 91 and 135 jet charter operations.
