Justine Hunkin

Justine Hunkin is an accomplished Equipment Research and Product Development Manager at Woolworths, specializing in industrial design since December 2018. With a robust background in creating innovative equipment solutions, Justine integrates design principles with a focus on ergonomics and user-centric approaches. Prior to this role, Justine worked as a Freelance Industrial Designer, engaging with diverse clients from various industries and managing multiple design projects. Additional experience includes serving as a Senior Designer at Gawk | Visual Engineers, a Lecturer in Industrial Design at the University of Johannesburg, and as a National Product Developer at CN Business Furniture. Justine holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial Design from the University of Johannesburg and is currently pursuing an advanced course in Hygienic Engineering and Design at the University of Pretoria.
