Lauren Shuttleworth

Lauren Shuttleworth is the Founder and CEO of Words With Heart, an eco print and stationery company established in October 2014 that supports women's and girls' education projects through sales. Since January 2016, Lauren has served as a Global Shaper with the World Economic Forum, leading local initiatives aimed at community improvement. Previously, Lauren worked as an HR Business Consultant for NFP | Education | Health from March 2008 to December 2014, providing expertise in human resources and employee engagement to organizations such as Endeavour Foundation and Amnesty International. Lauren's educational background includes participation in the Social Enterprise Accelerator Program at Impact Academy and completion of an Incubator Program at The School for Social Entrepreneurs, in addition to earning a Bachelor of International Business from Griffith University.
