About

Lee J. Styslinger, III joined Workday's board of directors in September 2016. Lee brings to the board deep expertise as Chairman and CEO of a global company as well as diverse leadership experience serving across multiple corporate, governmental, and education-related boards and councils.


In addition to serving on Workday's board of directors, Lee serves on the board of Regions Financial Corporation (RF), Vulcan Materials Company (VMC), Harvard Business School, U.S. Olympic Ski Team, Children's Hospital and the Altec/Styslinger Foundation. He is also a member of the Business Roundtable, the Business Council, the Council on Foreign Relations, and was appointed by President George W. Bush to the President's Export Council from 2006-2009, advising the President on trade policy. In 2017 he served on the President's Manufacturing Council and currently serves on the President's Trade Council.


Lee earned his B.S. from Northwestern University and his M.B.A. from Harvard University.
