Workforce Opportunity Services announced Bob King as Board Director
Employment advocates Workforce Opportunity Services has announced the election of Bob King to its Board of Directors. Mr. King will help to provide strategic oversight to WOS’s programs and operations as its seventh board member.
"Bob King is a standout leader in the learning and development community and WOS is lucky to have his expertise," says WOS Chairman and Founder Dr. Art Langer. "We could not be more thrilled to welcome him to our board of directors."
Mr. King is a US Army veteran and former IBM executive with a long history of service in community organizations. He is a current Board member at Discovering Amistad, 1st Vice President Stamford NAACP, Urban League of Southwest Connecticut 100 Blackmen of Stanford, and the Stamford Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity.
