Yuri Brown-Cruzat

Yuri Brown-Cruzat is Workhuman’s Vice President of Workplace Rights, leading all efforts related to the Workhuman Certification program. Yuri helps organizations work more human through the Workhuman Charter for Workplace Rights, the newest, innovative designation for professionals and enterprises to acquire through demonstrating leadership and organizational behaviors, systems and processes that validates their Inclusion commitment.

Yuri is a Human Capital, Diversity & Inclusion and Business Executive with a 25-year track record of designing D&I performance metrics, strategies, processes, and systems for Fortune 50, 100 and 500 global corporations. Prior to Workhuman, she had held positions as Chief Diversity Officer for Fannie Mae and The Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, and as an external Principle consultant for her own firm, EPIC Inclusion Solutions for 15 years.
