Kendall Pearson

Kendall Pearson is the current Head of Onboarding & Implementation at Workstream. Prior to joining Workstream, Kendall served as the Head of Onboarding & Implementation at Spiff Inc from October 2019 to May 2021. In this role, Kendall grew the team from 2 people to nearly 30, created and defended a powerful department culture, owned the department budget, headcount, and strategy, and worked closely with product, engineering, sales, CS, and operations to materially reduce onboarding times.

Before joining Spiff Inc, Kendall served as a Software Engineer - Accounting & Finance at Goldman Sachs from September 2015 to October 2019 and as Chief Accountant at Lancera from May 2013 to September 2013. Kendall also has experience in accounting and business intelligence, having worked as an Accounting & Business Intelligence at Brigham Young University from September 2012 to May 2013. In addition, Kendall has experience in assurance senior, having worked as an Assurance Senior at Deloitte from September 2013 to September 2015.

Kendall Pearson has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Brigham Young University, a Master of Accountancy in Accounting and Information Systems from Brigham Young University, and an Associate of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Utah Valley University. Kendall also has certification from the California Board of Accountancy in CPA.

They are on a team with Samuel Lee - Head of Customer Success & Support, Lei Xu - Co-Founder & Chief Product Officer, and Chau Tong - Head of Revenue and Business Operations. Kendall Pearson reports to Desmond Lim, CEO.
