Wael O. With extensive experience in corporate and institutional banking, Haffar has held various legal roles, including Vice President and Legal Counsel, and has contributed to significant initiatives at The World Bank, focusing on digital business and women's economic opportunities. Prior roles include Legal Affairs Officer at the Africa Fulbright Network and Senior Associate at MK&K Law Firm, among others. Haffar holds advanced law degrees from Duke University and Université du Carthage, and has taught business law at the Mediterranean School of Business.
