Susannah Rodgers MBE PLY serves as a Technical Adviser on Disability Inclusion at the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office, focusing on disability inclusive climate action, health, and economic empowerment since January 2020. Concurrently, Susannah holds positions as a board member at Women Enabled International and a consultant at Susannah Rodgers Consultancy and Advisory, specializing in disability inclusion within international development and diplomacy. Additionally, Susannah serves as an expert member of the Global Disability Advisory Panel for the British Council and as a Young Global Leader with the World Economic Forum. Past roles include chairing the Spirit of Achievement Panel for Spirit of 2012 and managing public affairs for the British Paralympic Association. Susannah holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Non-Executive Director Leadership from The Financial Times, a BA Hons in Modern Languages from Newcastle University, and has completed executive education programs at Stanford University and Harvard Kennedy School.
