Rosa Mae Acosta

Rosa Mae Acosta, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in resource mobilization, grant management, and program support within the World Health Organization. Since May 2010, Rosa has served as a Resource Mobilization and Grant Management Officer, effectively coordinating proposals, managing grants, and ensuring accurate reporting to donors, thus contributing significantly to the WHO Programme Budget outcomes. Prior roles at the World Health Organization included Budget and Resources Management Officer and Programme Management Officer, where Rosa provided critical support for Global Health Partnerships, managing data and programme funds. Earlier career experience includes project management at Somni Creative, Inc., and analytical roles at Accenture, Inc. Rosa holds an MBA from the Ateneo Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Development Communication from the University of the Philippines Los Baños.
