Rosa Whitaker

Rosa Whitaker is the President and CEO of The Whitaker Group, a leading corporate strategy firm focusing on Africa, a position held since 2003. With extensive experience in trade policy and international relations, Rosa has contributed significantly to initiatives such as the African Growth and Opportunity Act while serving as Assistant U.S. Trade Representative for Africa. Current roles include membership on the Board of Directors for the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and the Fund for Export Development in Africa, as well as participation in the WTO Business Advisory Group. Rosa's academic credentials include a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from American University, along with studies at various prestigious institutions.
