Jo Wong

Jo Wong is an experienced Scrum Master at World Vision Canada since March 2016, where responsibilities include leading a cross-functional Scrum Team in content production, training and coaching on Agile methodologies, supporting the Product Owner in defining product goals, and managing the delivery of value during sprints. Prior to this role, Jo served as a Business Partner in Brand, Creative & Engagement, overseeing cross-platform project management from strategy to execution. Previously, at Saint Elizabeth Health Care, Jo held the position of Lead, Brand Projects & Creative, focusing on creative management and enhancing print and production processes. Jo holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communications & Design from OCAD University and has pursued further education at the University of Toronto.
