Huong Nguyen

Huong Nguyen currently serves as the People & Culture Business Partner Lead at World Vision since February 2023, overseeing all People & Culture functions for an assigned zone and supporting the P&C Director in coaching team members. Previously, Huong held the position of Human Capital Business Partner at PwC Vietnam, focusing on performance management and the annual review processes. Huong’s earlier experience includes roles as Senior People and Culture Officer at World Vision, C&B Officer and Recruitment Officer at Vingroup JSC, and various HR positions at Adecco Vietnam, Novotel Saigon Centre, and HSBC. Huong is pursuing a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management and Talent Development at the Swiss Information and Management Institute, complementing a Bachelor's degree in Business English from the National Economics University.
