Matthew Thompson is currently the Chief Culinary Officer at Phoenix3 Holdings, where the focus is on accelerating growth in distributive and lifestyle service companies within senior living and healthcare sectors. With extensive experience in the culinary industry, Matthew co-founded Harvest Table Culinary Group and served as its Chief Culinary Officer, creating innovative farm-to-institution models. Prior roles include Northeast Regional Culinary & Sustainability Director at ARAMARK, overseeing operations for 65 client sites, and co-owner of upscale catering company Affairs to Remember. Matthew holds multiple degrees, including an MBA from Johnson & Wales University and a ProChef III certification from The Culinary Institute of America, along with specialized training in sustainable nutrition and plant-based culinary practices. Memberships include the American Culinary Federation and Worldchefs, with a history of leadership and operational optimization throughout Matthew’s career.
