Cathreen Bukachi

Cathreen Bukachi is a seasoned Human Resources professional with varied experience in several industries including Pharmaceutical, Energy, FMCG and Banking. Prior to joining WPP Scangroup, she was the Head of Human Resources for East and West Africa at Glaxosmithkline (GSK). She has also previously served as HR Director, Anglophone East for Schneider Electric. Before this she spent 12 years at Nestle in different capacities within the HR operations and centres of expertise. A Certified Coach, Certified Hogan Assessor as well as Certified Predictive Index Assessor, Cathreen is passionate about unlocking talent potential. Cathreen holds a Master of Science degree in Human Resources from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, Kenya. She is also a member of the Institute of Human Resources Management.
