Gearrod Clegg

Gearrod Clegg serves as the Global Director of Process Governance at WSAudiology since April 2019, overseeing Global Wholesale and Retail Process Governance teams to support ERP, eCommerce, and CRM system implementations. Prior experience includes roles at Sivantos Group from January 2015 to April 2019, where Gearrod was instrumental in global ERP, eCommerce, and CRM solution rollouts and managed Sales, Service, and Delivery work streams. Previous positions at Siemens, including Operations Manager for Australia/New Zealand and Corporate Project Coordinator, involved responsibilities in production, logistics, customer service, and compliance. Gearrod's career began with Australian Hearing as a Regional Technical Manager and included early experience as an Electrical Engineering Tradesperson at Mackay Sugar Co-operative. Education encompasses a Bachelor of Technology in Engineering from the University of Southern Queensland, along with various certifications in quality management and leadership.
