Jim Hoy

Jim Hoy, CPE, has extensive experience in cost estimation, currently serving as a Senior Cost Estimator at WSP since April 2007. Prior to this role, Jim worked as a Cost Estimator at Ledgewood Construction from April 2003 to April 2007 and at Alliance Construction from April 1996 to April 2003. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Southern New Hampshire University, where studies were completed between 1976 and 1980.
