Gary Gordon

Gary Gordon serves as Senior Director of Manufacturing Science and Technology (MSAT) at WuXi Biologics since December 2020, leading the MSAT department in Dundalk and overseeing technology transfer, process validation, and technical studies for commercial manufacturing. Prior to WuXi Biologics, Gary held various positions at BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc. from January 2015 to December 2020, including Associate Director of CMC Program Management and MSAT Purification Leader, where responsibilities encompassed leading enzyme replacement therapy programs and managing new product introductions. Gary's earlier experience includes roles at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson, Centocor, and Pfizer, focusing on project management, process validation, and product development within biopharmaceutical operations. Gary's educational credentials include a Higher National Diploma in Leadership Development from University College Cork, a Doctorate in Organic Chemistry from University of Bayreuth, and a BSc (Hons) in Environmental Chemistry from Queen's University Belfast.
