Ken Pedersen

Ken Pedersen is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in business intelligence, data science, and software development. Currently serving as the Director of Salesforce Technology and Administration at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts since August 2023, Ken previously held positions as Associate Director of BI and Data Science at Highgate and Manager of Business Intelligence at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts. Ken's career began at Mediacom Communications Corporation, progressing from Software Engineer to Manager of OSS Development, and includes significant roles at RCI | Vacation Exchange as Lead Developer and other positions in analytical systems development. Ken earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Montclair State University and an Associate in Applied Science in Computer Science from Sussex County Community College.
