Carolyn Acosta is an experienced professional in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Assistant General Manager at Wynn Las Vegas since December 2022, where responsibilities include overseeing operations as Restaurant Manager of Jardin and Casa Playa, as well as previously working as a fine and social dining food server.
