Craig S. Billings is the CEO of [Wynn Resorts](/org/wynn-resorts). Craig was previously the Chief Digital Officer at Aristocrat from July 2012 to November 2015. Craig was responsible for the acquisition of [Product Madness](/org/product-madness) and for management of the business subsequent to acquisition. In August 2014, they became Aristocrat's Chief Digital Officer. In this role, they also sourced and screened numerous acquisition targets and negotiated, executed and managed a joint venture with Taiwan-listed International Game Systems to produce FAFAFA Slots, a highly successful Asian focused social casino app.

Craig S. Billings holds an MBA in finance from Columbia Business School and a BS in business administration with an emphasis in accounting from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas. Craig is also a Certified Public Accountant, having received certification from the Nevada State Board of Accountancy.

Patricia Mulroy is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of experience in the public and private sector. Patricia is currently the Director at [Wynn Resorts](/org/wynn-resorts). Prior to that, they served as the CEO of the [Southern Nevada Water Authority](/org/southern-nevada-water-authority) and the [Las Vegas Valley Water District](/org/las-vegas-valley-water-district). Patricia also served as a Board Member for the Nevada Gaming Commission. Patricia's experience and expertise in water resources management make their an invaluable asset to [Wynn Resorts](/org/wynn-resorts).

Patricia Mulroy attended [Ludwig-Maximilians Universität München](/org/ludwig-maximilians-universitat-munchen), [Stanford University](/org/stanford), and the University of Maryland, Munich before receiving their Bachelor's degree from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas. Patricia went on to earn their Master's degree from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas as well.

Michael Weaver is the Chief Communications Officer at [Wynn Resorts](/org/wynn-resorts). Michael has over 25 years of experience in the casino and hospitality industry. Michael previously worked for Wynn Las Vegas and Caesars Entertainment Corporation. Michael has a Bachelor's degree in Communications from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

Michael Weaver completed their undergraduate degree at the University of Michigan College of Literature, Science, and the Arts. Michael then went on to earn their law degree from Stanford Law School.

Michael Weaver

Julie Cameron-Doe has been the Chief Financial Officer of [Wynn Resorts](/org/wynn-resorts) since April of 2022. Prior to that, they served as the CFO of Aristocrat from August of 2013 to April of 2022. Before their time at Aristocrat, Julie was the Finance Director of [Healthcare Australia](/org/healthcare-australia) from February of 2013 to August of 2013. 
 Julie Cameron-Doe began their career as the Finance Director of HotelClub from September of 2009 to January of 2013. While at HotelClub, Julie was responsible for all aspects of finance for the international business. In addition to their finance responsibilities, they also performed an Acting MD role during a gap in leadership in 2012. In 2011, HotelClub migrated the business to the US platform, which led to a significant reduction in local FTEs and a reworking of business processes across the company. Following the migration, Julie restructured the finance team and built effective processes to transition to an outsourced solution for accounting, with detailed transactional work being performed in Chicago. 
 Before their time at HotelClub, Julie was the Finance Director of ebookers from May of 2006 to September of 2009.

Julie Cameron-Doe has an ACA qualification from ICAEW and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from [Durham University](/org/durham-university).
