Vladislav Dandurov

Vladislav Dandurov is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in corporate finance, currently serving as Chief Financial Officer for "CHIZHIK" at X5 Retail Group since February 2012. Dandurov has played a pivotal role in optimizing the company's debt management processes, successfully issuing RUB 20 billion in debut Eurobonds in collaboration with major financial institutions. In addition to this role, Dandurov is a co-founder and member of the Management Board at the Russian Association of Corporate Treasurers, which has been active since August 2013. Prior experience includes leading corporate finance at M.Video, where Dandurov focused on managing debt structures and fostering relationships with banks. Dandurov holds an Executive MBA from Cambridge Judge Business School and advanced degrees in Economics and Business Administration from Belgorod Shukhov State Technology University.
